摘要:对气相色谱测定固态酿造基质中四甲基吡嗪的前处理方法进行了优化,水溶液浸提pH为5,液液萃取的萃取剂为乙酸乙酯,萃取时间为15 min。高温大曲和堆积糟醅中四甲基吡嗪测定的精密度分别为2.71%和9.59%,加标回收率分别在84.64%~93.11%和83.33%~101.04%。

Abstract:The pretreatment method for the determination of tetramethylpyrazide (TTMP) in solid brewing matrix by gas chromatography was optimized. The pH of aqueous solution was 5, the extractant of liquid-liquid extraction was ethyl acetate, and the extraction time was 15 minutes. The precision of determination of TTMP in high temperature Daqu and accumulated fermented grains was 2.71% and 9.59%, respectively. The recovery rate was 84.64%~93.11% and 83.33%~101.04%, respectively.
